Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Junk Away website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services

Junk Away provides junk removal, demolition, and related services in Washington State. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Our quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including photos and descriptions. Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual volume of junk or debris and any additional factors such as:

•Actual space occupied in our truck
•Weight of materials (additional fees may apply for unusually heavy items)
•Accessibility and location challenges
•Additional services requested on-site

You will be informed of the final price before any work begins, and you must approve the price before we proceed.

4. Prohibited Materials

We cannot accept the following materials:

•Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, oil, batteries)
•Asbestos-containing materials
•Medical or biohazardous waste
•Explosives or flammable materials

If prohibited materials are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to refuse service or charge additional fees for proper disposal.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling requests. However, availability is subject to change based on demand and weather conditions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and legal access to the materials to be removed. This includes clearing pathways, unlocking gates, and securing pets. We are not responsible for damage to locked gates, fences, or other barriers that were not properly disclosed or prepared.

7. SMS/Text Message Communications

You may opt in to receive text messages from Junk Away by checking the optional SMS consent box on our quote request form. Opting in is voluntary and is not required to request a quote or use our services — consent is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, you will receive messages regarding your quote, scheduling, arrival notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance (or call us at (360) 318-4358 or email info@junkawaywa.com). Your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Junk Away is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junk Away and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
